Who we are
RealEstatePro ("we", "us") is the personal practice of Arty Dzis, a RERA-licensed real estate broker operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect through realestatepro.ae (the "Site"), why we collect it, and what rights you have.

What data we collect
Data you give us directly:
- When you book a strategy session: name, email, phone number, planned investment size, and a short description of your inquiry (collected via our scheduling provider, Calendly)
- When you submit a form on the Site (e.g. the partner program form): name, contact details, and the information you choose to share
- When you contact us via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email: the contact details and content of your message
Data collected automatically:
- Usage data via analytics tools: pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location (city level), referral source
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 4)
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and the Site is not directed at minors.

How we use your data
- To respond to your inquiry and conduct the strategy session you booked
- To prepare materials relevant to your request (e.g. property analyses)
- To send you materials you explicitly requested (e.g. our investor guide)
- To maintain our client records and communication history
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it
- To comply with legal obligations applicable to licensed brokers in the UAE
We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential operation of the Site
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — to measure visits and improve content
- Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel), if active — to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns
You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the Site will remain functional, though some features may be limited.

Third-party services
We use reputable third-party processors to operate the Site and our practice:
- Google Calendar — session scheduling (booking a session creates a calendar event with your name and contact details)
- Google Analytics — site analytics
- Meta — advertising measurement (if active)
- CRM and communication tools — to manage client relationships and communication history
- Email delivery providers — to send requested materials
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and our instructions. Data may be stored on servers outside the UAE.

Sharing of data
We share your data only:
- With the service providers listed above, to the extent needed to operate
- When required by UAE law or a competent authority
- With your explicit consent (e.g. introducing you to a specific counterparty in a transaction)

Data retention
We keep inquiry and client data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping obligations applicable to licensed brokers. You may request deletion at any time (section 8); we will delete data unless we are legally required to retain it.

You may at any time request:
- A copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data
- That we stop sending you communications

Visitors from the EU/EEA
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the rights listed in section 8 and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. The legal bases for our processing are: your consent, the performance of steps you requested (e.g. a booked session), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site.
